110-ton Double Action Hydraulic Press
A press operator feeds a blank into our 110-ton Lauffer double action hydraulic press. The finished shell is part of an accumulator tank for forced hot water heating systems. This press, of German manufacture, is a highly flexible piece of equipment for secondary forming and deep draw work, as well as coil-fed blank-and-draw work. |

Alan Larson, VP of Engineering, inspects a sample from our new Hydraulico 165 x 110 x 80 ton triple action draw press. This highly versatile equipment was purchased as part of a $1.5 million upgrade of our pressroom. It has proven to be a great enhancement to our large-part forming capabilities. |
