Our People

From the start, Larson has recognized that providing a safe and rewarding livelihood for co-workers will be repaid by years of loyal, dedicated service. Many of our people have been with us for more than 30 years... one for over 60 years. Through their longevity and loyalty, our people make a big difference in setting Larson apart. Here are a few we'd like you to meet.

Along with his responsibilities as a vice-president of the company, Bill Larson also functions as a Customer Service Account Manager, coordinating production for and maintaining the lines of communication with several specific customers. He officially started work in 1988, but being a fourth generation Larson in the business, it's safe to say that Bill became involved at an early age. Outside of work, he is very active in the Rotary Club, and enjoys a round of golf when he can.

John Cryan

Sales Manager John Cryan came to Larson as an apprentice toolmaker in 1964. Several years later he completed a tool design apprenticeship, then worked as a tool designer for eight years. Armed with the hands-on knowledge of how a stamping is made, John went on the road in New England as a salesman to service existing customers and develop new ones. In 1994, he was named Sales Manager and his responsibilities now include preparing quotations for new work. His leisure pursuits include traveling, golfing, and stamp collecting.

Joanne McClellan

Joanne McClellan

Customer Service Representative

Joanne McClellan is a Customer Service Representative, coming to Larson in 1994 after 22 years at Texas Instruments, a long-time Larson customer and across-town Attleboro neighbor. Joanne's experience being the customer on the other end of the phone line is a unique and valuable asset to Larson's Customer Service Department. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys walking, biking, and being a grandma.

Michael Misicka

Michael Misicka

He served as Pressure Cylinder Manager and Purchasing Manager prior to accepting his current position, and is responsible for all inside sales functions, production scheduling, inventory control and part re-pricing. In his free time, Mike enjoys browsing the shelves of an antiquarian bookstore, visiting an art museum, or pursuing his interest in genealogy.

Ollie Silveira

Ollie Silveira
