Our People
From the start, Larson has recognized that providing a safe and rewarding livelihood for co-workers will be repaid by years of loyal, dedicated service. Many of our people have been with us for more than 30 years… one for over 60 years. Through their longevity and loyalty, our people make a big difference in setting Larson apart. Here are a few we’d like you to meet.

John Cryan Sales Manager John Cryan came to Larson as an apprentice toolmaker in 1964. Several years later he completed a tool design apprenticeship, then worked as a tool designer for eight years. Armed with the hands-on knowledge of how a stamping is made, John went on the road in New England as a salesman to service existing customers and develop new ones. In 1994, he was named Sales Manager and his responsibilities now include preparing quotations for new work. His leisure pursuits include traveling, biking, and stamp collecting. |

He officially started work in 1988, but being a fourth generation Larson in the business, it’s safe to say that Bill became involved at an early age. Outside of work, he is very active in the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He also is involved with the local EMT association, and enjoys a round of golf when he can. |

In her spare time, Joanne enjoys walking, biking, and being a grandma. |
