Charles W. Cederberg
PresidentCharles "Chuck" Cederberg is a 1983 graduate of Northeastern University. He joined Larson Tool Company in 1985 as a Customer Service Representative. He later held the position of Production Control Manager and then Vice President of Manufacturing. He was promoted to President of the company in 2004. Chuck is an avid sailor, and enjoys working on and restoring sailboats in his spare time.
Bill Larson
Vice President and CFOAlong with his responsibilities as a vice-president of the company, Bill Larson also functions as a Customer Service Account Manager, coordinating production for and maintaining the lines of communication with several specific customers. He officially started work in 1988, but being a fourth generation Larson in the business, it's safe to say that Bill became involved at an early age. Outside of work, he is very active in the Rotary Club, and enjoys a round of golf when he can.
John Cryan
Sales ManagerSales Manager John Cryan came to Larson as an apprentice toolmaker in 1964. Several years later he completed a tool design apprenticeship, then worked as a tool designer for eight years. Armed with the hands-on knowledge of how a stamping is made, John went on the road in New England as a salesman to service existing customers and develop new ones. In 1994, he was named Sales Manager and his responsibilities now include preparing quotations for new work. His leisure pursuits include traveling, golfing, and stamp collecting.
Brad Hankin
Customer Service ManagerCustomer Service Manager Brad Hankin, has worked in manufacturing since 1985, joined the Larson team in 2011. Brad began his career as a customer service representative and over the next 25 years, Brad stayed customer focused, but moved into various production management roles responsible for improving product quality and on-time performance. Brad is responsible for all inside sales functions, production scheduling, inventory control and part re-pricing. In his free time, Brad enjoys playing tennis, back country hiking/canoeing, and cooking gourmet meals for family and friends.
Ollie Silveira
Purchasing ManagerPurchasing Manager Ollie Silveira joined Larson in 2004, bringing with him seventeen years of procurement experience in the high-tech industry. He is responsible for all purchasing functions, including the maintenance of a base of suppliers who are committed to customer satisfaction and continual improvement. Ollie is an avid sports fan, and especially enjoys watching his four sons participate. He's a vintage car enthusiast and likes to make scale models.
Ray Niquette, Jr.
Director of EngineeringRay has been employed at Larson since 1987 and has worked in many capacities, including tool making, die design, tooling management and quality assurance. As director of engineering he brings critical practical experience for all engineering activities and is key in facilitating new process development and continuous improvement at Larson Tool. Ray is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling with his family on vacations, and likes playing a round of golf in his spare time.
Glenn Benvie
Quality Assurance ManagerQuality Assurance Manager Glenn Benvie joined Larson in 2010, bringing with him twenty years of quality experience in various industries. He is responsible for all elements of the quality function, including response to quality issues and the maintenance of Larson’s TS 16949 certification. In his spare time Glenn enjoys watching his two daughters varied athletic pursuits and enjoys time on his boat.
