Multi-head, H-Frame Resistance Spot Welder
An operator looks over a spot-welded assembly from one of our multi-head, H-frame resistance spot welders. This part is used in a pneumatic fastening tool for the construction industry. Larson has single and multiple head spotwelders up to 300 KVA capacity.
Automated MIG Welder
A bracket being welded to a tank in our automated MIG welder. The tank is a housing for a high-voltage switch. Larson has both manual and automatic welding capabilities.
Roller-hearth Brazing Furnace
A rack of cylinder assemblies enters our roller-hearth brazing furnace. Larson maintains a 26" x 26", 500 KW roller hearth furnace at 2050 deg. F for copper brazing of fire extinguisher cylinders.
Secondary Press Department
A press operator removes a shell from a piercing operation in one of many secondary operations required to produce this part for the food service industry. Larson has an extensive and versatile secondary press department, capable of hand-fed, short-run production. Automation of secondary operations is possible where economical for longer runs.
Finishing Operations
An operator completes the insertion of threaded nut inserts into a back plate for a programmable controller. Larson's capabilities include riveting, welding, fastener insertion, as well as simple and complex assembly work. In addition, we offer a full range of value-added finishing operations.
Secondary Pressline
A team of operators works together on a series of secondary operations to produce an electrical enclosure. Larson has a wide selection of press and auxiliary equipment, which can be combined to run a variety of secondary processes in a manufacturing cell format.
